Your Sims Might Get Blocked If You Haven't Done This

An order has been passed out by the Nigerian Government to all Tele-communication providers that all of its subscribers should update their sim info with their National Identification Number (NIN).

Subscribers of the various service providers in Nigeria who fail to comply to these instructions stand a chance of getting their sim deactivated.

The Major telecommunication networks subscribers that are at the risk of getting banned are MTN, Airtel, 9mobile and Globacom.

For this sake of this exercise, new sim registrations and validations have been suspended by all service operators in Nigeria.

“Operators to require ALL their subscribers to provide valid National Identification Number (NIN) to update SIM registration records.

 This exercise is expected to run within two weeks (from today December 16, 2020 and is expected end by 30 December, 2020).

“The submission of NIN by subscribers to take place within two weeks (from today December 16, 2020 and end by 30 December, 2020).

“After the deadline, ALL SIMs without NINs are to be blocked from the networks.

So i advice you move to any sim retail point and re-update your sim details to avoid getting blocked on December 30th 2020. Have a nice day ahead...
